Job Title: Mobility Solutions Expert

Deliver exceptional technical expertise to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco Mobility solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions.
  • Creation and review of MOP documents for mobility projects.
  • Development and delivery of customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Alignment of technical deliverables to meet customer business outcomes.
  • Influencing solution architectures and services for customer technology transitions.

As a Mobility Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical expertise to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco Mobility solutions. You will also create and review MOP documents for mobility projects, develop and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Additionally, you will align technical deliverables to meet customer business outcomes and influence solution architectures and services for customer technology transitions.

Requirements:

  • Fundamental to intermediate understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies, including Cisco Gateways (PGW, SGW, MGW, SAEGW), Mobility Core Network Architecture (4G/5G), and call flows and protocols (GTP, Diameter, etc.).
  • Experience or understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions, as well as NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for service provider networks.
  • Familiarity with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads.
