Job Title:

Senior Analog Design Manager Position

Job Description:

This role requires a seasoned senior manager to lead our mixed-signal IP development from conception through post-tapeout phase. As a key member of the engineering team, responsibilities will include developing and leading analog design developments, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal business units to provide technical support and guidance on IP-related topics.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to integrate analog IP into products.
  • Design and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal, or RF IC design.
  • At least 15 years of industry experience in mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing an analog team.
  • Strong knowledge of layout issues, circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre), and Cadence Design Environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new projects and technologies.
Qualifications:

Candidates should demonstrate:

  1. A strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles.
  2. Experience with mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
  3. Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  4. Effective communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
