Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in analog circuit design to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing power devices, including buck converter multiphase controllers and power stages.

  1. Design and develop power devices that meet product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product development and production release.
  3. Develop and implement test plans to validate device performance and reliability.
  4. Identify and address customer-specific product quality, yield management, and cost reduction issues on mature products.

Key Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analog circuit design, with a strong background in power electronics.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Eagle Test System or mixed-signal ATE.
  • Programming skills for automation of bench characterization equipment (LabVIEW/Test stand), along with C and/or C++ for ATE.
  • Extensive knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze large amounts of characterization data and determine and set production test limits and predict yield data.
