High-Performance Analog Engineer

About the Job

We're seeking an experienced engineer to join our Audio Group, responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers.

Job Summary:

  • Design and develop high-performance analog circuits from signal chain domain to high power domain.
  • Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Lead the development of high-performance analog circuits.

- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance.

2. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.

- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.

- Communicate project status and challenges to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design.
  • Strong knowledge of Analog design principles.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
