Job Title: Taxation Advisory Manager

We seek an experienced and skilled tax professional to manage advisory engagements for Indian and foreign MNCs involving mergers, demergers, business and share acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution, regulatory compliance, and optimal tax efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed quantitative analysis to support clients throughout the business lifecycle.
  • Develop effective structuring strategies to help achieve commercial and strategic goals.

  • Identify and point out challenges so that they can be overcome quickly.
  • Support team members to resolve challenges/conflicts.
