Microsoft 365 Administrator Job Summary

This is a critical role that entails managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with M365 services.

  • Manage core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, focusing on collaboration, communication, and innovation.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as: MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant M365 environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
