Executive Leader for Facilities Maintenance

As a senior professional in facilities management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute proactive maintenance strategies for process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnels, and isolators.
  • Enter detailed checklists for preventive maintenance as per SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Promptly address breakdown maintenance issues and maintain effective collaboration with other departments to resolve plant maintenance challenges.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for all process equipment and operate HVAC systems efficiently.
  • Maintain clean room parameters and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Document preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in a comprehensive manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC-covered equipment and negotiate optimal service agreements.
  • Prepare purchase requests with accurate spare and work details.
  • Execute running projects, new initiatives, and plant expansion works effectively.
  • Develop high-quality equipment qualification documents.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment while adhering to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate EHS issues effectively.
