Job Title:

 

We are seeking an experienced People Performance Specialist to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

 

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms. They will also develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement performance management frameworks

- Develop and execute rewards and recognition programs

- Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies

- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation

- Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement

 

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management

- Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations

- Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred)

- Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
