Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing Business Development teams to deliver measurable value/success.
  • Generate new leads and nurture existing customers through strategic planning.
  • Identify new markets for expansion with penetrating strategies.
  • Create engaging sales pitch and presentation materials.
  • Discover new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed Sales Goals illustrated by ORMAE Management.
  • Maintain databases of prospects/decision-makers and update internal reports.
  • Schedule email campaigns and monitor performance.
