Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-impact projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate project updates and address issues through regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and potential obstacles to project success, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal processes and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • 5-6 years of experience in project management or coordination, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
