Network Architect Role

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructure systems.

  • Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment to ensure efficient data transmission.
  • Manage F5 load balancers to optimize application availability and performance.
  • Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems for seamless network operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to meet future needs.
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Implement robust network security measures and best practices to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

What We Expect of You

We seek a skilled Network Architect who can leverage their expertise to drive network excellence. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with 1-3 years of experience in Network Architecture, OR
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Network Architecture, OR
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field with 7-9 years of experience in Network Architecture, OR

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNP certification (required)
  • Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
  • Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
  • Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience with network security concepts and implementation

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • CCIE certification
  • Experience with SD-WAN solutions
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
  • Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-NAN)
  • Familiarity with network orchestration platforms
  • Good knowledge of industry tools

Professional Certifications:

  • CCNP certification (previous or current) (mandatory)
  • CCIE certification (preferred)
  • F5 Certified Administrator (preferred)
  • Infoblox certification (preferred)
