Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems
  • Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
  • Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
  • Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Implement network security measures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Network Operations, or Diploma with 4 to 7 years of experience in Network Operations
  • CCNA certification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
  • Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc. )
  • Experience with network security concepts and implementation
