Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely review and processing of vendor bills, appropriate approvals, and accurate financial coding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of taxation laws, including Goods and Services Tax, Tax Deducted at Source, and Income Tax. Familiarity with US taxation is a significant advantage.

You will be responsible for preparing vendor payment upload files and executing wire transfers (domestic and international) while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Timely review and processing of vendor bills
  • Ensure proper approvals and accurate financial coding
  • Manage accounts payable for multiple subsidiaries, including foreign currency transactions
  • Fulfill purchase orders and review/approve employee expense reports
  • Resolve vendor queries and discrepancies professionally
  • Prepare and upload vendor payment files for processing
  • Execute domestic and international wire transfers accurately and efficiently
