Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing invoice packages from consolidated monthly data files, routing prepared invoice packages to Project Managers for review and approval, generating pass through invoices in Oracle, creating invoice PDF packages and saving invoices, summary and backup scans to M drive, emailing PDF invoice packages to clients or sending hard copies via Federal Express if originals are needed, updating the Billing Repository after invoices are created, costs are checked, and invoice number is added to the repository, responding to invoice related questions from operations or clients, generating investigator invoices in Oracle and sending to client, providing Billing supervisor with details of corrections which require a journal to be prepared, they could be for: project to project recode, costs which cannot be recharged following PM approval, updating the Billing Repository for the above changes, processing credits and rebills as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
You must have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in invoicing and cash application.
  • Knowledge of invoice generation and credit memo processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills - at least intermediate level, any ERP system experience.
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate well when working with colleagues/clients in other countries.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.


Desirable:
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience of using Oracle ERP system.
