Lead Coding Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Coding Educator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to play a key role in shaping the future of education by delivering engaging online coding classes to students aged 5–18.

As a Lead Coding Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive online coding sessions to students globally. You will teach both block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop curriculum-aligned projects in areas such as app development, web development, game development, software development, AI & machine learning, and robotics.
  • Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies based on age group (5–18 years) and student learning patterns.
  • Incorporate storytelling, real-world examples, and project-based learning to inspire students.
  • Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers, academic mentors, and parents to ensure learning goals are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • US Accent Certified – ability to communicate in a clear, neutral, and engaging US accent.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college students.
  • Strong command of both block-based and text-based programming.
  • Expertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.
  • Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.
  • Deep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychology.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
