  • Strong knowledge and experience in VLSI Design are essential.
  • Familiarity with HDL (Hardware Description Languages) like VHDL or Verilog is required.
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages like Python, Perl, or TCL is expected.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Prior teaching or training experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently is required.
