Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in effective communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging in proactive and empathetic communication. Highlight the value proposition of our products and services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Meet sales targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.

  • Employ consultative selling techniques: Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services that meet their requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Sales conversion experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.

  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.

  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Results-driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Crm software proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Product knowledge: A deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
