About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our efforts in designing, architecting, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.

This role will drive strategic planning for artificial intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions.
  2. Oversee development of scalable data pipelines, ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
  3. Provide technical leadership in deployment strategies and governance for AI models across edge and cloud.
  4. Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and domain experts to shape AI-driven innovation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • A proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale across multiple domains (manufacturing, healthcare, finance, logistics, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 use cases such as digital twins, predictive maintenance, robotics, and computer vision.
  • Understanding of reinforcement learning, edge AI, and federated learning.
