Operational Excellence LeadJob Description:

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and growth across all departments. This involves fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, with a strong focus on financial acumen and operational flow.

This role is ideal for someone who can oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring team leads, including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing growth strategies, optimizing operational flows, monitoring financial metrics, and collaborating with leadership on long-term growth plans.

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.
  • Manage and mentor team leads, including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
  • Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives).
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans.
Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 college with a strong background in operations and finance. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.

Strong financial acumen, deep understanding of operational flows, ability to drive efficiency and growth. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, proven track record in designing growth strategies.
