Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our enterprise web applications. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for driving design solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive design strategy for enterprise web applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
