Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished .NET Technical Lead with extensive experience in designing and developing high-performance enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack, with hands-on expertise in Identity Provider (IDP) integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Spearhead the design and development of web applications utilizing .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • IDP Integrations: Architect and implement IDP integrations (Azure AD, Auth0, Okta) encompassing SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID Connect flows.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Development Guidance: Guide the development team on best practices in clean code, unit testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
  • Code Review and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Sprint Planning and Delivery: Manage sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Application Deployment: Support application deployments and post-deployment issue resolution.
  • Tech Stays Up-to-Date: Stay current with emerging technologies within the .NET ecosystem and Identity & Access Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • C# Proficiency: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • IDP Experience: Hands-on experience with IDP integrations (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, or similar), including configuring applications, managing user flows, and troubleshooting SSO issues.
  • Protocol Knowledge: Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML protocols.
  • API and Database: Experience with RESTful API development and SQL Server/Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with Frontend Frameworks: Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is advantageous.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and DevOps practices is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
