We are seeking a skilled Customer Outreach Representative to promote our services and generate leads for Gamut HR Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads, and providing information about our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
- Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and interests
- Provide information to potential clients about our services and solutions
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up with them to build long-term relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
