Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team.

This position requires a strong understanding of IT service management and technical expertise in implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations, including business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain catalogs, approval processes, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and provide technical expertise in integrating ServiceNow with various platforms.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide audit preparation support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and scoped apps.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities teams.
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
