About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Telesales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services over the phone, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Promote products or services to meet customer needs and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
