Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the complete sales operation, including prospecting, application study, offering suitable products, negotiation, execution, and payment collection.
  • Cater to training, guiding, and supporting business partner teams operating in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Focus on quarry belts and contractors/hirers, with a major focus on hydraulic rock breakers and other Hydraulic Attachments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth via customer satisfaction, and handle retail markets for Hydraulic Attachment business.
  • Work in coordination with the aftermarket and Epiroc's distributor team to achieve sales targets, enhance market share, and create new customer bases.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Machinery/Metallurgy/Mining Engineering.
  • Fluent written/spoken/listening communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with local language Telugu being an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with good time management, adaptability, and commercial awareness.
  • Integrity, commitment, and a never-give-up attitude, with customer satisfaction, teamwork, and collaboration as key competencies.
