Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data design, database management, and business intelligence.

The role involves developing and maintaining analytics data warehouses and Master Data Management (MDM) systems, leveraging data from various internal applications and vendors. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with standard programming languages such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and stored procedures. Familiarity with data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least two years of relevant work experience. Professional certifications in MDM and related technologies are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases and reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the analytics data warehouse and MDM system.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Utilize experience with standard programming languages and their application in a complex environment.
  • Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
Qualifications
  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise-level Master Data Management platforms.
  • Awareness of MDM trends and other technologies in the market.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis.
  • High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools.
