Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled sponsorship lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sponsorship strategy for our live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for our live events
  • Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry
  • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business
  • Represent us in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen our brand presence

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media
  • Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates
  • Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences
