We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Content Developer to create engaging and informative content for our finance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for Financial & Business Skills programs, including training materials, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Maintain and update a repository of all created content, ensuring it remains accurate and relevant.
  • Review and provide feedback on content created by team members and freelance developers, promoting consistency and excellence.
  • Support the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines, working closely with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
  • Coordinate 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers, delivering high-quality training experiences.
  • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues, ensuring seamless delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • At least one certification – MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
