Performance Tester Job

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter. You will analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance gaps. You will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements. You will document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing. You will provide recommendations to improve system stability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
  • Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT).
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) within 3 months of joining.
