Job Purpose:

This role involves overseeing overall branch performance and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement field-marketing activities to enhance brand visibility for various financial products.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor branch-level marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent flow of leads resulting in business conversions and growth.
  • Promote customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough valuations and appraisals of gold ornaments pledged in the branch with accurate weight and purity assessments as per company policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Share joint responsibility for safekeeping of pledged securities in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain non-performing assets under control through proactive follow-ups with customers for interest collection.
  • Lead employee recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and training efforts while providing regular performance feedback.
  • Ensure high-quality business operations, generate reports, and take necessary actions to drive business growth within the branch.
  • Enhance Gold Loan business and other third-party products.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Post-graduation Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in gold loan banking, product management, or client service is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are consistently demonstrated.
