This position is open with strategic goals of driving business growth and profitability through effective management of branch operations.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage overall branch performance by developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Drive field-marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and promote financial products.
  • Develop and execute branch-level marketing campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline of leads, resulting in business conversions and branch growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure accurate valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in the branch, adhering to company policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain joint custody of the vault and ensure safekeeping of pledged securities according to company policies.
  • Monitor and control non-performing assets (NPAs) through proactive follow-ups with customers for interest collections.
  • Exercise strong planning and organizational skills to maintain smooth branch operations, develop cohesion among team members, and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives for employees, providing timely feedback on their performance and contributing to employee development.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to drive growth and improvement in the branch.

Strategic objectives include increasing Gold Loan business and promoting other third-party products such as NCDs and Gold Coins. Effective NPAs control and error-free valuation processes are also critical.

Effective management of branch operations, including gold ornament valuation and appraisal, is essential for achieving business objectives.
