Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Female Branch Receptionist to join our team The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the branch As a receptionist you will handle a variety of administrative tasks manage incoming calls and provide support to the branch staff as needed Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department Answer and manage incoming calls transferring them to the relevant individuals or taking messages as necessary Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of the company Manage the appointment scheduling system coordinating meetings and appointments for branch staff and clients Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail filing documents and managing office supplies inventory Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the branch Handle inquiries from clients and visitors providing accurate information and assistance as required Assist with special projects and events as needed including preparing meeting rooms arranging catering and coordinating logistics Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the branch Qualifications Must be graduate Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word Excel Outlook and familiarity with office equipment e g fax machines printers Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced or challenging situations Fluency in English is a plus Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees can thrive If you possess the skills and qualities outlined above and are eager to contribute to our team we encourage you to apply for the Female Branch Receptionist position We look forward to reviewing your application Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Experience Front desk 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
