Job Title: Operations Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, prepare and implement design standards and procedures.
  2. Design and create bills of material and maintain relevant documentation.
  3. Modify existing designs based on requirements from the manufacturing and sourcing team.
  4. Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  5. Manage and work on all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  6. Provide training to production, assembly and quality assurance personnel on approved manufacturing, test and inspection procedures.
  7. Identify and resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing and sourcing team.
  8. Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  9. Prepare internal and external written correspondence.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks/Siemens NX (Unigraphics).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

 

Requirements:
  • Diploma, CIPET or BE Mechanical Engineering degree.
