Genesys Cloud Contact Center Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform. As a seasoned expert, you will collaborate with suppliers to establish standards and blueprints, manage operational functions, and ensure supplier-delivered services meet contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and engineering functions: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and document standards and blueprints, ensuring new functionality aligns with standards and blueprints.
  • Operations and maintenance: Work with suppliers to manage operational run, enhancements, and platform changes, supporting operational functions including change, problem, and incident management.
  • Supplier management: Monitor and manage supplier-delivered services to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
  • Internal IT stakeholder support: Assist with integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Support engagement with country representatives, working closely with the product delivery manager, sharing knowledge and best practices, and serving as a technical escalation resource when needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions, including Genesys Cloud Architect, workforce engagement/management tools, digital channels, interaction analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.

Required skills include Genesys Cloud tools, such as Architect, Agent Scripter, and CLI, as well as experience with JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services. Additionally, proficiency in designing, creating, and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows is necessary.
