Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial insights on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports to maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage SKU-wise data analysis to optimize cost efficiency and control plant expenditures.
  • Analyze cost structures to identify areas for cost reduction and implement measures to track performance against cost targets.
  • Monitor gross margin variance analysis and maintain export pricing masters.
  • Coordinate reconciliations required for cost audits and manage material procurement and processing.
  • Review production orders posted at various locations and prepare variance by price and volume.
  • Improve cost tracking and allocation of overheads using activity-based costing and conduct regular inventory valuations.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • ICWA qualification or semi-qualification along with 5 years of experience in costing.
  • Experience in costing and plant accounting.
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
