Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex automation projects, designing and developing advanced automation systems and processes, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, troubleshooting and maintaining systems, documenting processes, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java.
  • Product Management & Scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects.
