
Data-Driven Commercial Operations Specialist

Overview:
This role supports all components of incentive compensation design and implementation for the sales field. The successful candidate will work closely with the client as a consultant to support Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
- Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
- Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
