Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our digital transformation team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data modeling, business analytics, and AI-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

  • Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building models for various use cases such as revenue management, customer 360, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Martech, digital, and commercial teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.
  • Establish monitoring, retraining, and governance processes to ensure sustained model accuracy and business value.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
