ITSM Solution Architect

Job Summary:

As a seasoned IT service management (ITSM) tool architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient ITSM solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in REST APIs, CMDB, SOAP integration, and other relevant technologies will help drive business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement functional design documents (FDDs) for ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and business analysts to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Configure and customize ITSM applications to support business processes and functionality.
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end-user support.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input for configuration implementation and support.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in ITSM tool architecture and development.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, CMDB, SOAP integration, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement FDDs for ITSM solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Agile project methodologies and Scrum principles.
