Ecolab is seeking a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst to support our Global Business Services team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and execute all relevant payroll processes.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Coordinate changes in payroll and facilitate corresponding documentation.
  • Process other financial compensations or deductions.
  • Assist employees with inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance.
  • Negotiate and communicate with benefits providers.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.
  • Maintain employee database and files related to benefits.
  • Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefit trends.

Requirements:



  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 8+ years related payroll management experience.
  • Proven experience as a payroll & benefits specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, benefits management, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
