Driven by a passion for supply chain excellence, we are seeking an experienced data-driven professional to join our team as a Replenishment Planning Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing replenishment frameworks, setting stocking norms, analyzing demand/sales data, and monitoring compliance by in-country distribution teams.

This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring product availability, minimizing expiries, and driving supply chain efficiency across our retail pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine replenishment models that take into account sales velocity and product criticality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales, consumption, and stock movement data.
  • Monitor adherence to defined replenishment norms and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory modeling.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other company locations.
  • The role may require extended hours during peak periods or in response to urgent supply chain issues.
