Job Title: Employee Experience Manager
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Experience Manager. The role involves overseeing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
The Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs.
Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
