Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking proactive engineering leaders with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of leadership success.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects, building and managing diverse teams, formulating and executing strategies, and collaborating with other managers to achieve business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Process Development: Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and sustainability.
  2. Team Management: Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel to ensure project delivery and team performance.
  3. Industry Expertise: Possess experience working in the fintech industry and have expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  4. Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  5. Efficiency and Sustainability: Strive to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and reduce waste by implementing sustainable practices.
  6. Resource Allocation: Secure resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments to support business growth.

Experience & Portfolio:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  2. Personnel and project management skills, strategic management.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

  1. 10+ years of experience; minimum 2 years as Engineering Manager.
  2. Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  3. Ability to communicate complex information effectively using presentation software.

Communication & Ownership:

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  2. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
