Senior Technical Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive and orchestrate program execution for our Enterprise SaaS platform.

The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of delivering a consistently world-class customer experience by ensuring seamless alignment across product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

  • About the Job:
  • The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery and execution of platform engineering roadmap (multiple medium to large-scale, complex projects) by imbibing a strategic outlook from the outset and partnering with engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires owning timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels, fostering transparent communication around shared outcomes and customer expectations.
  • The ideal candidate will drive AI-first program thinking by grounding decisions in metrics, facts, and structured narratives to ensure strategic alignment.
  • You will identify dependencies (cross-stream) and risks early and mitigate them before they become a crisis.
  • The position involves smooth execution of complex programs or programs with cross-stream dependencies.
  • Facilitating technical discussions around architectural trade-offs, scaling challenges, and system performance is key to unblocking teams.
  • You will build and institutionalize reusable frameworks and tools to enable predictable, repeatable execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • This role periodically drives the health of the systems, Operational Readiness, and Incident Response Management.
  • You will work closely with engineering leaders to define, implement, standardize, and continuously evolve the practices.
  • Fostering a culture of agility, adaptability, resilience, speed, and continuous improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery:
  • Drive the delivery and execution of platform engineering roadmap (multiple medium to large-scale, complex projects).
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
