Job Description

We are seeking skilled software engineers to drive the development of a new set of platform capabilities in our Digital Core that will enable real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java with 8+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Core Java and Collections skills, and experience with Spring Framework. Familiarity with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a new set of platform capabilities in the Digital Core.
  • Provide technology solutions to solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • Collaborate consistently with key stakeholders in Operations in cross-functional teams to ensure we are delivering the right thing.
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, application architecture, and design phases of SDLC.
