Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor market competition and devise strategies to stay ahead.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 based on industry standards and location.
