  • Lead and manage electrical design and procurement activities.

  • Manage and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical design software, such as Autocad and ETAP.
