Job Title: Site Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including but not limited to, contract administration, vendor management, and site maintenance.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that all sites are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Site Upgrades: Plan and execute site upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes with vendors and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Analytics: Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site operations or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Sound knowledge of accounting principles, Oracle knowledge, and experience with contract administration and dispute resolution.
