
Office Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Process professional to manage billing, collections, and back-office processes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients on-site. You will be responsible for optimizing super-bills, ensuring efficient revenue cycle management, and providing personalized services to meet client needs.
In addition to your technical skills, we value candidates who can demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in their work.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.Sc, Diploma, B.Pharma, B.B.A/B.M.S, B.Com)
Key Skills:
- Business Process and Outsourcing skills
- Analytical skills and effective communication
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with clients
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Minimum 25 wpm typing speed with 97% accuracy
