Product Design Lead

We seek a talented Product Design Lead to spearhead the creation of innovative, developmentally meaningful products that inspire children and delight parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development
    • Design toys and supporting materials from concept to production, ensuring safety, engagement, and functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prototypes and ensure design consistency.
  • Design Language & Branding
    • Develop cohesive toy aesthetics and support the creation of our brand identity (logo, packaging, visual system).
    • Produce guidelines to maintain design consistency across products.
  • Materials & Packaging
    • Design play guides, instructional inserts, and engaging graphics for toy packaging.
    • Support the design of kit storage solutions (bags, boxes) and parent materials.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with child-development experts, manufacturers, and designers.
    • Iterate designs based on user testing and safety standards.
    • Maintain design documentation for production and compliance.
    Requirements:
    • Degree in Product/Industrial Design (or equivalent).
    • Strong CAD and prototyping skills.
    • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership (concept → CAD → prototype).
    • Experience with children's products/toys/consumer goods preferred.
    • Creative thinker who balances aesthetics, functionality, and safety.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines.
